Where are you based?
We are based in Europe, and we serve the European region. Our central logistics center based in Venlo, Netherlands ensures fast, reliable deliveries across the region, with efficient access to major European markets.
Do you sell to end users or only to businesses?
We operate strictly as a business-to-business (B2B) distributor and do not sell directly to consumers.
Who do you supply?
We supply IT resellers, system integrators, OEMs, and other B2B customers across Europe with a wide range of computer components and solutions.
Logistics & Shipping
What are your standard delivery times?
Orders shipped from our central logistics center typically arrive within 1–3 business days across most of Europe. Delivery time for shipments to the rest of the world depends on the destination and can be better established at the time of ordering.
Which couriers or freight partners do you use?
We work with trusted logistics partners such as DHL, UPS, and local freight providers to ensure secure and timely deliveries.
Can you ship to multiple warehouse or project locations?
Yes, we can deliver to multiple destinations or project sites upon request. Please contact your account manager for arrangements.

How do I become a customer and place orders?
A member of our sales team will guide you through the customer onboarding process. If you are interested in becoming an Arrow System Builder customer, fill out the registration/contact form and you will be contacted by one of our sales team. Once the customer onboarding process has been completed and your registration is approved, you’ll gain access to pricing, stock levels, and you’ll be assigned to a sales team member who you can then place your orders through.
